The check-in process was slow and took a long time, I had to wait for about 20 minutes.

Recently renovated, clean rooms with comfortable beds and large TVs. Convenient location for business visitors to the technology park. Well-connected to Bilbao by train at a low cost. Friendly and English-speaking staff. Good selection of food in the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were young and friendly, and they made me feel right at home. The hotel's charm and great bar/cafe added to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's location near the E1/E3 trams made it easy for me to explore the city, especially the old town. Not only was this hotel convenient for those flying in and out of the airport, but it also provided a comfortable and quiet room for a good night's sleep.
